Delete your account
You can erase your FixMyCity account and its data at any time.
In the app
Settings → Delete my account. This takes effect immediately.
If you have uninstalled the app
Email privacy@orrgo.com from the address you signed in with, asking us to delete your account. We will confirm within 15 days.
What is deleted
- Your photographs, permanently
- Your name, email address and phone number
- The precise coordinates of everything you reported
- Your comments, support votes and notifications
- Every signed-in session, on every device
What is kept
The civic record of an issue survives without any link to you — the category, the road-level location and its status. Other residents have supported and commented on those reports, and the ward statistics that hold the corporation to account are built from them.
